School Council
The elected members of our school council represent the voice of the child on a range of school community matters in St. Columba's. The school council:
- help improve our school. They meet regularly and work together to solve problems and plan fun activities.
- work as a team and make decisions that benefit everyone. They listen to the suggestions from within the school and try to make them happen.
- manage funds for different projects and events.
Roles
President: Carlin

The school council have made an acrostic poem to help explain what they represent.
Students working hand in hand,
Creating change across the land.
Helping peers with every need,
Organising events with speed.
Open minds and hearts so kind,
Leaders here, the best you’ll find.
Council members, hear our voice,
Our ideas, our plans, our choice.
United we stand, strong and true,
New plans and dreams, we pursue.
Caring for our school each day,
Inspiring others along the way.
Let’s make a difference, from today!
